The whole composition radiates a delirious maximalist energy—because when you think 'I love you,' naturally a hot air balloon that has apparently abandoned the concept of passengers in favor of hauling an absolutely unhinged quantity of flowers is the logical choice, because nothing communicates romance like a wicker gondola anchored—yes, literally anchored, there's a gold anchor dangling off the side—to the ground while simultaneously trying to ascend into the heavens. The balloon itself is a golden latticed orb decorated with a heart made of blue flowers and small red hearts, flanked by two ribbon banners also bearing hearts, as if the designer feared one heart motif might fail to convey the message and decided to carpet-bomb the entire composition with them.
